I arrive to the venue 1 hour prior to the event start time to set up. I bring all of my supplies except a table and chair (venues should provide unless stated otherwise)

During the event, I start inviting guests to my table. There will be a sign showing them how to receive their painting. They are also welcome to talk and ask questions if they wish.

Guests don’t have to stay and wait for their artwork. They will strike a pose for a picture, I draw them and they pick up their piece at anytime of the event.

Experiencing one drawing turn into a mini gallery of 25+ drawings is the fun part! I display the work once it dries.

Each work is placed in a protective sheet.

I can draw each guest in approx. 5-7 minutes. (Couples in 10-12 minutes. )

Overall, I can create 8-10 guests per hour ( 5-6 couples per hour). By the end of a 4 hour event I can complete on average 40-45 guests.

Please keep in mind, if the guest count is over 50 guests, some may not get drawn on-site. For the Lemon and Magenta package, I factored in studio time to complete portraits and mail them to the guests no later than a week after the event.

If guest count is over 100, I offer an add-on rate of $50 per illustration. I will also mail these out if needed.

With that said, I am an artist and love doing creative work. If you have something in mind that isn’t on my website but love my style, reach out!

I will travel in the Hudson Valley and New York City Area.

If you are looking to book outside of these areas, there will be a travel fee.
